1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Reenest platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Reenest is an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to upload images of their rooms ("User Content") and generates redesigned visualizations ("Generated Content") using advanced Artificial Intelligence. We also provide direct links to third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon) for furniture depicted in the visualizations.
3. Subscription & Payments
Billing: Our "Pro Access" plan is billed on a monthly subscription basis via our third-party payment processor. By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge the recurring monthly fee until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical failure or valid dissatisfaction within the first 48 hours of your initial purchase, please contact support@reenest.com. Refund requests are granted at our sole discretion.
4. User Content & License
Ownership: You retain all rights to the photos you upload.
License to Us: By uploading an image, you grant Reenest a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process that image for the purpose of generating your design results.
AI Processing: We utilize third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure to analyze your images. By using the service, you acknowledge that your inputs will be processed by these external models to produce the results.
5. AI Limitations & Disclaimers
Visualization Only: The designs generated are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. We cannot guarantee architectural accuracy regarding exact dimensions, lighting physics, or structural integrity.
Accuracy of Output: AI models may occasionally generate visual artifacts or represent items that do not exactly match real-world inventory. Reenest is not liable for minor discrepancies in the generative output.
6. Amazon Associates & Third-Party Links
Reenest participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program.
Product Availability: We connect visualization with reality by providing links to products on Amazon. We do not manufacture or stock furniture. We cannot guarantee the stock status, price fluctuations, or delivery availability of these items on Amazon.
Affiliate Disclosure: We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through the links provided in our application. This comes at no extra cost to you.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to upload:
- Images containing nudity, violence, or illegal content.
- Images that infringe on the copyright or privacy rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reenest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service.
- Purchases of furniture based on our AI recommendations that do not meet your specific needs or fit.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of UK.
